JOSHUA N. EPPICH

ABOUT

I help businesses reach their goals and solve their challenges.

I was meeting with a small business owner, about $15 million in revenue, facing severe cash flow issues. He came to talk about liquidating his business through bankruptcy. I told him that before we shut him down, let’s see if we can realize some value from the last five years of his work.  He looked at me and told me I was the first lawyer he had met with who actually wanted to help. A restructuring lawyer should do more than just generate paper. He should try to help identify and solve the company’s underlying business problems.
